Which product is right for me?
It depends on what you notice. If your roots get oily or flat, the Purifying Ritual. If your hair is dry, the Intense Hydration Ritual. If it’s fine and lacks volume, the Volumising Ritual. If your scalp is sensitive, CALM WASH. Not sure? Our hair quiz tells you in five questions.
How long does each bottle last?
We show it on each product page, next to the size. As a guide, a bottle of RESET WASH (400 ml) lasts around 40 washes.
What is ECOCERT COSMOS?
It’s the benchmark standard for natural cosmetics in Europe and an independent natural cosmetics certification: an external body audits the formula, ingredients, process and packaging every year. 10 of our 12 formulas carry it, and ROMERO SERUM holds it at organic level. We explain it all here, including the two products that aren’t certified.
Why does it cost what it does?
Because meeting ECOCERT COSMOS means giving up cheap ingredients: no silicones, parabens, mineral oils or synthetic fragrance. Add to that an ISO 22716 lab in the European Union, made-to-order production and 290 to 400 ml bottles for the shampoos. It works out at just over 1 € per wash, and the packs save between 26% and 29%. The price of doing it right.
Is it vegan?
Seven of the twelve formulas are. The ones with hydrolysed keratin are not: MINT DETOX, MASK REPAIR, KERAGLOSS, VOLUMINIX and BLOOM SOFT. Each product page shows what applies to that product, and none are tested on animals.
How long does my order take?
Two working days to make it, then 4 to 11 working days in transit depending on the country (5 to Germany, 4 to Austria, 8 to Spain with standard shipping). We make it to order in our lab in the European Union and ship it straight to you, so it reaches you freshly made.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Email us at pedidos@nitiel.com with your order number and we’ll help you adjust your routine. If your order arrived damaged or wrong, we’ll replace it or refund you. And if the product is still sealed, you can return it within 14 days.
Can I return it?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of sealed, unopened products. If your order arrives damaged, in poor condition or wrong, send us a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you, with all costs covered by us.
